If you do not keep a copy of your pets medical records, please call the veterinary office that holds your records and request that they fax a copy to us prior to your appointment.  Our fax number is 901-435-6748.

Some flexibility in our time of arrival for scheduled appointments is necessary.  We will give you a half hour window for our arrival, but may be slightly early or late depending on the location and nature of appointments prior to yours. We will call if our arrival time varies from your assigned appointment window.  You should generally call several days in advance to schedule appointments. If you need to reschedule or cancel, 24 hours notice is required to avoid a charge.

Please have your pet on a leash or confined in a small area prior to your appointment time.  All appointments, examinations, treatments and procedures will take place inside the mobile clinic unless prior arrangements have been made.
